Valeo Thermal Commercial Vehicles North America, Inc. warrants their products against defects in material and factory workmanship as stated below from original date in service on the original vehicle.
The intent of the Valeo warranty is to protect the original end-user of Valeo products from such defects and provide free repair and replacement of defective parts, after inspection, in the manner provided herein. During the warranty period the exclusive remedy will be for Valeo, at their discretion, to repair or replace those parts which are demonstrated to be defective in material or workmanship
