Valeo Finland manufactures about 55,000 hatches a year, exports to 39 countries worldwide and accounts for more than 99 percent of exports.
Our customer base consists of the largest bus manufacturers in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, North and South America. Our goal is to manufacture and supply high-quality and cost effective products. This is possible with streamlined and modernized facilities and methods, combined with quality assessment and control throughout the production cycle.
The products are mainly made of special plastics, they are light, durable, UV-protected and maintenance-free.
The Valeo hatch business has its roots in the 1970s, when the Parabus brand was founded. From 2000, the brand belonged to Webasto AG, from 2006 to 2016 to bus specialist Spheros, and finally became part of Valeo.
The company has worked with the automotive industry for over 20 years and has achieved a reputation as a flexible, innovative and reliable partner.
Tailoring and adapting products to the customer’s wishes and bringing new products to market are part of the company’s active operations. The company is the first manufacturer to combine a sunroof with a static or motorized ventilation into a single unit.
Valeo has committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and will have already reached 45% of its objective by 2030.
